Following on from my earlier post here are the sitting MP's with surnames M - R who have not repaid based on the Legg Enquiry as per todays report. From the news tonight, the CPS is said to be looking at these from tomorrow.

Dr MacShane was paid cleaning costs of £7,354 for the years 2004-05 to 2007-08 which exceeded the £2,000 per year limit by £1,354.34.
In September and October 2008 he was paid for gas without providing sufficient evidence that it related to his second home as the invoice related to his first home.
He has also been requested to provide mortgage interest statements to back up claims totalling £6,001.34 for the period April 2004 to January 2006 and has been allowed until the 1st March 2010 to provide them.
