This is part three of four setting out who the MP's are who have yet to repay to the public purse the amounts recommended by the review conducted by Sir Thomas Legg.

Double paid £795 for rent in November 2005.

Was overpaid £1,167 for mortgage interest in October 2007.

Paid £3,736 for gardening over three years which exceeded the maximum allowable by £736.

Paid cleaning costs of £2,546.40 in 2006-07 which exceeded the allowable limit of £456.40.

Sir Peter had an arrangement with the fees office to receive periodic payments regarding the total running costs of his second home. Upon review the Legg report concludes that £15,293.12 went towards gardening over the review exceeding the maximum allowable by £10,511.62.

He was overpaid by £1,637.54 for roof repairs in July 2007.

He was further overpaid £759.54 for mortgage interest in the year 2008-09.

He was overpaid by a total of £556.60 for council tax in 2004-05 and 2005-06.
