To be fair to the other respondents I had to shorten some of Anthony's response which exceeded the True/False remit, without compromising his answers. I have indicated where I have done this. I have had serious problems with the CSA being given more and more powers by a Labour Government, much of which is not even backed by legislation, I would seek help from Europe to protect the Human Rights of fathers unjustly victimised by the non-elected CSA
